We provide various levels of remote coaching for runners of all levels. All coaching starts with an Initial Interview, either by phone or in person. We will discuss your current level of fitness, your goals, the amount of time you will be able to devote to meeting your goals, etc. Based upon this information, an overall plan will be designed for you to meet your goals and the first month’s training will be given to you. Higher levels of coaching have more frequent review and updating, and may also include more phone consultation. The differences between the levels are described below. To upgrade to Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum Levels, simply click on the Coaching Level box to choose the option you prefer.
Level 1 Coaching - $60/mo In all coaching plans, your progress will be regularly reviewed based upon the daily results you post into our web-based training diary. Once a month you'll have a coach-initiated phone consultation to discuss your training and will then receive the next month's training plan. These consultations will be used to keep your training tailored to your needs and progress.
Bronze Level Coaching - $110/mo Same as Level 1 Coaching, but you will have a coach-initiated phone consultation twice a month to discuss your training and will then receive the training plan for the next half month.
Silver Level Coaching - $160/mo Same as Bronze Level Coaching. but you will have a weekly coach-initiated phone consultation to discuss your training and will then receive the training plan.for the next week.
Gold Level Coaching - $210/mo Same as Silver Level Coaching, but you will have a coach-initiated phone consultation twice a week to discuss your training and update your training plan.for the next week.
Platinum Level Coaching - $300/mo Same as Gold Level Coaching, but your contact with the coach will be unlimited as needed. If you are local to the Los Angeles area or will be in town at the right time, included in this plan are free Form & Technique Clinics and Advanced Speed Training Clinics for those able to attend.
