A unique formula in that it may be the only Calcium Magnesium Citrate product that actually delivers what the label promises – both Calcium and Magnesium in the citrate form! Most others use calcium citrate, but then bundle it with magnesium oxide or magnesium carbonate to make a less expensive formula that requires fewer capsules to hold. Magnesium citrate may take up far more space than magnesium oxide, but we’d rather take an extra capsule or two in order to have the more effective form. Similarly, we’d rather deliver the magnesium as citrate for all the same reasons that it is thought to make calcium more bio-available. It’s just a better product.

6 capsules per serving deliver 800mg calcium, 400 mg magnesium, and 400 IU vitamin D. 3 mg Bioperin is also included for enhanced absorption.
